These terms and conditions apply for all sales of goods and services from www.swimssg.com to consumers. The sales terms and conditions, together with your order and order confirmation, comprise the entire agreement for the purchase.



We accept Paypal and credit card payment. 


We deliver our goods via Ninja Express within 5-7 business days.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail as soon as we have confirmed your order. This may take a few minutes. Please read this carefully and check that the order confirmation agrees with your order. If you do not receive this email please contact customer.service@swimssg.com, so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully. You will receive an additional e-mail as soon as your items are processed for delivery with a tracking number.

Information Provided by our Website

We do our best to give our customers the most correct information on our web site and about our products as possible. However, we reserve our rights against errors which may arise and which may result in our inability to deliver in accordance with the information given at swimssg.com, in our marketing or in any other way. We reserve our rights to withdraw products from our web site, change the web site and its contents.

Delivery and Delay

We retain the risk for the products until you have the products in your possession. If delivery of the products is delayed, you will be informed as soon as we are aware of the situation, and advise as to whether delivery can be made and when, or whether the product(s) are sold out. Depending on the type of product and the length of the delay, you may according to the circumstance cancel the agreement.

Inspection of the Products

Once you have received the products, you should, as soon as you can, check that the delivery is in accordance with the order confirmation, if the products have been damaged under transportation or if the products otherwise have any defects or missing parts. Send us your name, contact details, order details and order reference number together with the several images of the defect product received, to customer.service@swimssg.com. Our SWIMS representative shall be in touch with you as soon as we can.


SWIMS aims to describe the products at swimssg.com as correctly as possible. However, kindly note that computer color settings may differ, which may cause the images of the products at swimssg.com to show colors that may differ from their actual colors. SWIMS will not be held responsible for any such discrepancy.

Defects, Damage and Product Exchange

Should you receive your item with visible defects, you may return for product exchange you have ordered from www.swimssg.com within 7 days from receipt of delivery. The defect must have existed when the products came into your possession. For all product exchange, kindly walk-in to our store at Funan Mall L2-K10. All goods returned for product exchange must be unused with original packaging intact. Customers are advised to submit receipt of purchased. All  product exchange are not exchangeable for cash or refund. You may be required to fill up an Exchange Form for our accounting and record purposes.

As part of the PDPA protection, information will not be disclosed to any third party for any purpose without your permission.
